I'm not sure if this is an issue or a feature, but clarification would be needed for proper BBB work.

When I type /rcon nextmap, the result is: "map_restart: 0", default: ""
/rcon g_nextmap shows "" if no map was voted for (or set up manually), and shows the map name otherwise.

So what changed in nextmap and what it is supposed to show now or how we can use it?:)
