Just small problem

Jo guys.

Eversince I downloaden 4.2 I had a issue running 4.1.1. So I re-downloaded it and now it works fine. Now there's just a problem with the maps, I need to redownload them all.
So there's two types of maps (atleast in my map) which are .pk3 in q3ut4 folder. Then there's another type : targa? Which is in q3ut4 > Maps

So which type/which folder should I drop them?
And how do I switch them from targe/.pk3?
