New CVARs to configure Weapon Spray and Recoil

I think, if you run a SR8-only server it would be much more fun, if you could deactivate weapon spray (and maybe also recoil) in order to remove randomness from gameplay and replace it with pure aiming skill.
So, if you play TS and you circle jump very fast over the map, your shot would actually hit, where you pointed with your scope.
What do you think about this idea?

F2
You will absolutely never know when you're on a modded server this way.
That will definitely destroy public gaming and will tear the (relatively small) competitive community into pieces.
You will never know whether they're using modified cvars, or they are modifying them on match-time, or they just cheat, or you just have a bad day.
Anything that tampers with game consistency is a big F2 from me.
Also, the first bullet you shoot from any automatic weapon (stripped of laser and silencer) goes where you aim, being 100% accurate.
Tapping your mouse button is also pretty scientific if you come to think about it, so I just can't see that randomness you're talking about.

How many official wars/pcw's have you played searching the server on the server list?
Plus we're not talking about getting an alternative gamemode or something standard, like real damage or instagib (with SR8 being the railgun), we're talking about messing the guns individually as per server admin decision. You could find thousands of combinations, like having a Negev with no bullet spread, no recoil and 100% damage, and you probably won't know until you're on the server already.
What should be encouraged are suggestions to unite the community, not to separe it even more.

@DeMS: If you fire a SR8 while circle jumping, it's absolutely NOT accurate, neither are the Assault Rifles. This spray is just hilarious considering that it's a SNIPER rifle.. *lol*
And also, you could implement a filter to the server list.
If that isn't enought for you however, how about just enabling this feature on private/password protected servers, so clanwars can profit from the feature.
How about the DevTeam?

Almost all the spread comes from the hand firing the gun. Real snipers must remain at rest (lying and with a bipod) some time and even sustain the breath before shooting. If you are moving (or jumping) it is imposible to aim correctly.
This behaviour is simulated by the firing spread. First shoot from steady position is almost 100% acurate (even with assault rifles), but if you are moving, then the shoot must deviate because it is suposed your hand is moving randomly. Also with an automatic gun the second and succesive shoots produce some hand movement due to recoil. Your mouse does not have recoil when you press the button, but a real gun has, so it is simulated with spread.
In my opinion SR8 in UrT have a very short delay to stabilize the aim after stoping motion, but it is just my opinion.

Actually if you are facing to a (good) sniper with something else than an other SR8, even if you hit first, you are dead 99% of times.
