Problem solved : i just updated a corrupted pk3

Check so called md5 sums of pk3s - if you use Windows, just google app that will do that for you.
MD5 sums are here - just compare them with packs you have and delete corrupted one, run updater and it will download brand new fresh pk3 for you.
