Well.. it's a pretty simple answer. The better clans don't hold open tryouts.

Well, maybe because the "better clans" are more refined, and already have plenty of members. And if they need more, they can probably just sniff the talent out on their server.
And also, Like every clan I've played with, has posted here for recruitment...
