This problem will likely occur in 64-bit distributions. I happen to be using Ubuntu 12.10; this error is caused by a missing 32-bit library file -- 'libqtgui4'. Run this command to install it:

sudo apt-get install libqtgui4:i386

Or if you don't like 32-bit libraries on your machine use the server updater: UrTUpdater_Ded.x86_64
