Hy guys. Im new in the forum so first hello !

My problem is the folowing. I used to play urban terror. I had good demos that i saved in a file(dm_68format)I uninstalled the game but i saved the demos. Now that i have installed the game, i moved the demos to the file of urban terror. However i can not open them from urban terror so...
What shall i do to see my demos? I have them in the correct file but i can not see them and since they are in dm_68 format i ca not convert them to avi if its not by usuing the game.

the .dm_68 demos are from Urban Terror 4.1 and 4.1.1 - you might have installed Urban Terror 4.2 and that version plays .urtdemo format :)

just install 4.1.1 from the "old releases"

No, I installed again 4.1. I have the demos in the folder for the game and having all the demos there, i can only see the demos I did with the game re-installed so i cant see the older ones even if they are in the same folder.

If you have lots of demos you can't see them all in the game's demo window

Anyway, in console
/demo "demo name here"

Sorry, it worked with some but for others it says"could not open /demosraits1
why is that? thanks

Are you sure to type the correct name? Try with first letters+TAB for automatic/correct one

I write /demo raits1
which is the name i gave to the demo and it says :
could not open /demosraits1.dm_68

Most likely reason: you removed the .dm_68 extension when renaming the demo (tested and confirmed: results in error).
