after I stopped playing UT for about 2 Month, suddenly I can't find any server in UT.
I searched and tried a lot, but nothing helped! You guys are my last chance!
Console says:
"440 servers not listed due to filters, packet loss or pings higher than 800".
- I double checked the filter settings. No filters are enabled!
- Never had problem with high-pings.
- I didn't change a router-setting (but maybe there was a firmware update!)
- I checked the router-settings: no port is blocked.
- I updated UT 4.2 with the updater
- I did an nmap:
plato@cioran:~$ sudo nmap -sU 188.110.SOME.THING -p 27960
Starting Nmap 6.00 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2012-10-30 19:47 CET
Nmap scan report for dslb-188-110-XY.pools.arcor-ip.net (188.110.SOME.THING)
Host is up (0.0037s latency).
PORT STATE SERVICE
27960/udp open|filtered quake3
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 0.30 seconds
seems fine to me?
Any idea, how I could find the problem?
Thank you very much!
Cheers, Plato
PS: I'm on Ubuntu 12.10 and my internet-provider is "Vodafone" (german)
