Operating system? Firewall installed? How are you connected to internet?

I disabled my firewall,I'm connected with a wired connection.

Aside from trying to get direct access to the internet, you can manually download the last version of the game (not the windows installer obviously).

How can I do that without the UrTupdater? I already have 4.2 downloaded I only have to update it.

You have the 4.2.001 version. So if you can't use the updater because of your connectivity limitations, you can use direct download to retrieve the latest version of the game on this website.
