Same here. (I assume the OP meant .009 of course.) When downloading zUrT42_0011.pk3, the updater either gives the error message shown above, or simply stops at about 25%. Can’t try downloading manually either, because you have again screwed with the path.
EDIT: Comparing checksums revealed that zUrT42_0011.pk3 doesn’t actually need to be overwritten (same contents as in .008), so I simply replaced the partially-downloaded file with a backup copy. The updated files are zUrT42_0009.pk3, zUrT42_0016.pk3 and zUrT42_qvm.pk3; one file has been added, zUrT42_0018.pk3. After deleting the .008 versions of zUrT42_0016.pk3 and zUrT42_qvm.pk3 and running the updater again, I have full .009 installation. Of course, not everyone is as paranoid as I am…

Even worse for me.
It crashes! Running Win7 x64.
Looks like it's a classic divide by zero error. And yes this seems to be happening because it can NOT connect to download.
It does NOT crash right away. Appears to try and download then when it fails, instead of display any sort of error msg it crashes instead.
Update: I was right, now the download is working and no more crash.
Easy way to duplicate this crash is to be running PeerBlock, as it will block the connection by default. Assuming you are using all default lists.
Also at one point during the install you mention this site: https://github.com/B...3-UrbanTerror-4 Well that no longer exits. Really should remove that form the installer than.

I got the same problem. I ran the md5 checksum for each file and found that zUrt42_0011.pk3 and zUrt42_0016.pk3 were incomplete. For some reason the updater simply checks if the file exists but doesn't bother to check the checksum... Do you think you could send me those two files?

snickers, try deleting the incomplete versions of those files then run the updater again

Hey, I've tried doing this twice before and the uploader stops with the same error message that nfmlh posted. I tried it again just now and it seems stuck...no progress on the download bar, but at least no error message.
Any idea how I can get my hand on these two files without downloading the whole urban terror zip?
