Different Serverlist

Hello a friend an me want to play UT toghter.
We both got UT 4.2.009 i´m on mac os and he on W7, but we both got different serverlists.
I can see server he can not see. At 4.2.008 we played toghter today we both updated to 009.
Did anybody have an idea how to change this situation?
I can´t even find him with the player search.
