2nd edition of Mapper's Updates!
I finished ut_sled, and Lt1 came through as always with some really sweet snowboard models. Here's a pic of the finished product, from the flag area looking back up:
I'm beginning work on my next funmap, ut_deep.

I haven't the slightest clue how to create maps but arn't the flags supposed to be on opposite sides of the map? They are right next to eachother. This looks like chaos. It'l prolly be fun for 10 minuts but after that it will get old.

looks like koth using ctf mode to me.
heehee fun times
oh yea, there's a mapping contest just started,
on irc: #mapcontest on ETG

Bunch of long time Urban Terror community mappers are involved in this one, should be fun.

Visually from the screenies, it would look like koth-type gameplay. The fact is, those flags are quite some distance from each other. The scale of this map is large, while creating a new type of gameplay that screenshots alone can not describe.
Yet another map I've had hordes of fun playtesting.

Well, he said it's a "funmap". Even if they are too close or if there are no buildings/obstacles between them it sounds normal for a "fun map":)

Currently, I'm retexturing my still to be released map, ut_mastermind. It's finally starting to look good. Mcinbigd freaking rocks!
I'm also working on some maps for my new "gamemode" that will probably show up with ET:UT. They're coming along pretty well, although I wish I had more time for them.
Lastly, I entered into the AOW map contest with the theme Harbor. I haven't even really thought about what I'm going to do with the map. I will say that I am impressed by the quality of the mappers in the contest as well as the panel of judges. Great job, wolfseye.
Hopefully all of this work I've been doing in my hole will start to show itself publicly.

Yes, I got your email Mc, and it was a godsend.
You can expect ut_mastermind to hit earth soon, after a 2 month delay. It feels great to finally be able to get it off of my hard drive. I'll get some screenshots soon and let everyone see what's been going on in my hole.
