can't connect to -={CANADIAN-CARNAGE}=- Rate Topic: -----

I have a problem since i updated ut to version 4.2.010.when i try to play in Canadian carnage server it never connects. Most of the time the following error is displayed:

1. This Server is for Low Pings only

and some times it shows

2. No or Bad Challenge for address

I don't think i have slow INTERNET connection because i am able to play almost in all servers except this one.also it was fine before the update.
PING tester shows time-out.

so whats the problem :

is there anything wrong on my side or
is it just a bug?

More importantly How can I solve this?
