Can the naming system be modified so instead of a video going video0000.avi, video0000.avi_, video0000.avi__, video0000.avi___. To something less stupid like video001_1.avi, video0001_2.avi. video0001_3.avi?

It’s a Windows issue.
EDIT: I don’t mean the appending of underscores of course (which is indeed counterproductive).

I could care less if they are split into multiple files. I don't have an issue patching them together. it's simply just renaming 10 different files every time.
