Cant use urtupdater

I downloaded the urban terror 4.2 and I followed all the steps! i unzipped the file and when i open the urtupdater this is what appears!
it said I had no MSVCP.dll and i have no idea what to do :(
help me please!

THANKS! But, unfortunatelly i downloaded the ziped full version :) but i don't remember where to see my auth key! :(
