Check this out

There are also tools that can make the pk3 for you, like this one

Although it's always better to do such things manually

The relevant files from those you listed are FIVE.bsp (the actual compiled map file) and FIVE.tga (the minimap). Being a beginner, you probably have only used textures from standard maps? If yes, then these wouldn’t have to be added to your PK3; using textures from any custom maps is a bad idea (many people wouldn’t have these maps, and adding them to your own PK3 without permission is not nice).

(You don’t have to worry about lacking the AAS and RAD file, these are special features. Not all those folders are needed.) For the map to appear in the list under “start server†(or mapvote list), you need an ARENA file with the same name as your map (five.arena), located in the scripts/ folder in the PK3. You could copy an existing one from another map, change its name and edit it. All folders and files necessary for the map must be packed into a ZIP (not RAR!) and the extension changed to PK3.
Mind, this here can take a while to sort out — you should try your fresh PK3 on a clean UrT installation, and if you encounter problems, you can upload the file and ask someone to take a look at it.
(The correct forum for threads like this one would be Map / Funstuff design.)
