when i play UrbanTerror4.2 FPS my max frame/second is 85 i kept it,but in game it reaches 90-92.
My problem is that when i get into a crowded place in UrbanTerror4.2 like alot of gun shots, then my FPS drops to 50-60, i dont know why..its new to me.
I turned off the Vertical Sync in game and turned it off also in my NVIDIA..
So you guys might know any other solution then that, if you do please help me

What are your hardware specs? Could you keep the 85 constantly in 4.1?

What map?
The number one FPS vampire is scripted shader effects as they are processor dependent and any effect add in during real time game play is something that is not generally factored in as part of the map design. It's easy enough to maintain a static balance in any map design until you change something that forces an increase in the amount of draw calls that require CPU processing. Since a muzzle flash is a .shader effect ten people firing in a given area is going to increase CPU processing loads by a factor of ten.
