On Mac version of urban terror there are missing files when you are downloading a full version. Here's the way how to repair it:

1'st Way:
After downloading full UrT unzip it with archiver.
when you unzip it open folder which appear after unzip, you will find there q3ut4 folder. When you open that folder there should be files named zUrT42_0001.pk3, zUrT42_0002.pk3, zUrT42_0003.pk3...
those files should be 21 but there will some missing, so go back, open UrT Uptader click uptade, and wait few seconds.
When Uptader finish work close it and move out from Urban Terror folder.

2'nd Way:
Download full version of Urban Terror
Unzip file with The Unarchiver which you can download there: http://the-unarchive...oftonic.com/mac
And that's all, just click Quake3_UrT and play
