I have win xp sp3 and i tested many config with in_mouse but nothing.

Paste the new log file as you did before to see if you have a problem.

You are still using 'Quake3-UrT.exe', to use my build you have to run 'p5yc0_UrT.exe' from the UrT folder.

With your .exe :

I reconfigure my mouse logitech G500 with this software, i deleted my macro on buttons, i put "generic button", and now mouse4 & 5 works.

But :
My button 6 = Mouse tilt-wheel left button maps to MWHEELLEFT = UrT AUX1
My button 7 = Mouse tilt-wheel right button maps to MWHEELRIGHT = UrT AUX2
My button 8 = resolution PPP + = UrT AUX3

And none works.
