1. It would be nice if the capturepoints did not reset once they award points. That way, a team would have to put forth effort to recapture an area to keep it from continually giving points to the enemy. Maybe this could be a server CVAR setting.
2. I would like to see a new gametype where there is only one CAH point. A mapper could either have a new entity to place in a map, set the solo point with the gametype key, or the solo point could be chosen at random from all CAH points in a map. It would be somewhat like a King of the Hill gametype.

honestly, just copy battlefield's conquest, perhaps modified for urt (bf is a very slow game).
~10 seconds to take control. Have a bar on the screen showing progress if you're in range, and have the minimap display the flag as being captured, etc.
more people in range = faster cap. every additional person takes 1.5 seconds off the total time or something.
if there are enemies in range, you can't cap the point. possible modification to this rule: if you team has 2+ more players in range than does the enemy, you can cap the flag. So if you have 3 guys on the flag and they have 1 guy hiding in a corner, you can still cap.
just some ideas. Conquest in Battlefield is one of the funnest things to play imo. UrT should never emphasize sitting and holding, but I think if the gametype was playtested enough, it could def. be viable.

Thats the case of prague, wich is indeed a very appreciated CnH map because of that unique flag :)

Actually, both of my suggestions could be new server CVARs:
The current case is g_cahreset "1" and g_kingofhill "0".
set g_cahreset "" // 0 = flags keep counting until captured by the other team; 1 = flags reset to unclaimed after points are awarded
set g_kingofhill "" // 0 = normal CAH mode; 1 = one CAH point is chosen at random to be active and all others disabled; 2 = use mapper's designation of KOH point if applicable, otherwise act like g_kingofhill=1
The current case is g_cahreset "1" and g_kingofhill "0".
