Mac UrTupdater not responding Rate Topic: -----

Trying to open UrTupdater and it is not respoding

When i open up the fully downloaded .zip and unarchive it i try to open the urtupdater, it shows it opening up and then the application does not respond and doesn't even open up.

i am running mac 1.6.2 os x.

I got the same problem (MacOS 10.8.4). When trying to run the updater I get the

Quote

"You are opening the application “UrTUpdater” for the first time. Are you sure you want to open this application?"
prompt and after accepting that nothing happens ...Urtupdater simply doesn't open. So far I had to do the updates manually...any fix for that?

this might be a stupid question .. but if i remember correctly this can be an issue:

did you move the application out of the mounted dmg file and onto your harddrive .e.g. desktop before you attempted running it?
if you don't like uptown, you are basically hating urban terror.
