What wget downloaded is the webpage that’s shown when you click on the download link in the browser. At the bottom of each such page there’s a link to direct download generator. To find out your IP, you can use Google.

JRandomNoob's answer is correct. This is to prevent abuses from users using wget and such.

The server installer is only 78KB in size you can easily download it on any machine and upload it to your server. If you insist on using WGET for a 78KB file you can generate your own direct link which will allow you to use wget here: http://www.urbanterr...download=direct
