hi I need some help
this script not work in linux (i have debian linux kali)

in autoexec.cfg
// Rocket Jump
set rjump "+moveup;wait;wait;-moveup"
bind SPACE "vstr rjump"


in q3config
bind SPACE "vstr rJump"

in windows it works
why?

Okay.. Yeah. A few thing here:

1. You are asking a how to make a winders "cheat" work in linux, which might in work in theory with WINE, but to be honest? I really doubt it.

2. You are trying to find a way to make a cheat work with linux, and you really will not find much help here.

And with the recent theft of code? If you really want to play UT, I would not post anything like that ever again.

But that is just my take on it.

im not really sure what "wait" without a value does, try using different values for wait, maybe you were on a floodprotected server. (wait 10 if it doesnt work use greater values like wait 50)

Maybe having two "wait" variables with no values null's the command, not sure.

wait with no value is the same as wait 1. wait;wait == wait 2.

This script BTW makes you autojump as long as you hold down space, like in some arena shooters. Kinda pointless in UrT though, and as you would expect from a script, it’s fragile — many actions cancel the jumping.
