when i had windows 7 urban worked just fine but when i get windows 8 , i downloaded the drivers and got urt this problem start to show up i did that q3.cfg stuff still dind work so i any users that have windows 8 have this problem ?

hi caixote,

this specific error is usually caused by setting the wrong display resolution in your q3config.cfg file. To resolve this you can either manually modify the values in the q3config.cfg file to match your native resolution supported by your current monitor. You can also move the entire file out of the q3ut4 directory (or delete it) and relaunch the game - this will force the game to make a new q3config.cfg file with the default settings stored inside it.

Hi caixote,

Can you verify your installation of urban terror via an MD5 checksum of your game files. I believe one maybe corrupt.
If you don't know how to do this then you can find software that can do this for you: http://www.google.co...hecksum+windows

please compare your results with ours (they should match otherwise the file you have is corrupt)

It still looks like an driver problem to me.

Well I had the same issue on Win 8 too :D installing the graphicscard driver solved it :p
