I know i made a thread but i was wrong about that one (isp being the problem was wrong)

To the point:

So I was just trying to download other mirrors and i still had the 1kb/sec dl speed..

THEN i tested from other sites (like downloading applications and stuff) but this time my download speed was better.

Is there something wrong with the mirrors? (also tested cdn)
