Hi guys having problems with my login key I go into the game logged in says not verified how to fix problem.

Number 1. Log in to game what actually does this do.
Number 2. Why do I need a key to log in.
Number 3. When I can play online anyway.
Number 4. And final I am 61 years old. I do not have time.
To look through all the forms about a key the one you gave me should work.
In one easy step can you fix this problem and give me a right key. Thank you very much.
