I got a logitech gamepad that i want to mess around with. (yes i know its likely to make me suck 10x worse) I got simple controls to work such as all the movements and fire/scope but i can not figure out how to "look" around with it. I can only get it to walk in all the directions but i cant look to aim and stuff like that, dose anyone know how to get this function to work? Or is it unavaliable at this moment?

Probably you need to put in your autoexec.cfg (or in q3config.cfg) something like:
bind ... "+left"
bind ... "+right"
bind ... "+lookup"
bind ... "+lookdown"
where you should replace the dots by some button/key name recognized for your gamepad.
If you test them directly in the console add a bar in front of them: /bind ...
Also you could tweak the speeds of turn by changing in config:
seta cl_yawspeed "140"
seta cl_pitchspeed "140"
yaw is for left/right, and pitch is for up/down. Try values greater or lower than the default 140.
