Kevlar Pants: Blocks 1/3 of the damage dealt to the Groin, Butt, Upper Leg, and Lower Leg hit zones. Also prevents bleeding after being shot in those areas. Has a movement/stamina penalty, but not as much as the Kevlar Vest does.

Kevlar vest = lose ½ stamina.
Kevlar pants = lose â…” stamina (because they're kevlar-fkn-pants).
Kevlar vest + kevlar pants = lose ⅚ stamina (½ off for the vest, and ⅔ off what's left for the pants)

hm? "not as much as vest" ?

i would say that 2/3 is too much, since i would wear kev pants to cover my legs, so i can jump. but loosing 2/3 stamina for that would just not be worth it.
in terms "realism" the damage reduction on the kev pants shouldn't be as high as the protection provided by the vest, since the pants would have to be thinner by logic (so you can still move/jump). (ik. fun over realism, but i could also say that such a high protection would be OP? )

Seems legit.
If theres kevlar vest then why not kevlar pants? :D
I like the idea of being a tank and balancing it out with
less stamina/speed.
