Just curious. I used to play Voxel servers all the time many years ago, and they were very fun with great map selections (and voting was permitted).

Also, anyone know what happened to the WC "24/7" servers? They were popular on the 4.11 server list, including the time when 4.11 and an unstable 4.2 were running simultaneously, but they never made the move to 4.2 when 4.11 was shut down.

WC still have 1 or 2 4.2 servers running, and I'm assuming some 4.1 (not 4.1.1) servers are still going. Occasionally US Eagle (4.2) gets populated with some players

Due to lack of interest and decreasing population in UrT 4.1 we had to cut down on a lot of our servers.

Currently WC are running the following servers:

4.11 is still around? I thought they shut down the 4.11 server list?

they did 'shut down' the master server for 4.1. yes.
but there is still the quake3arena.com master. or the qtracker master. and as long as you get IPs you can connect to a server.
