Hi my server is in the Netherlands, and yours master server maybe uses old GEOIP database, because I do not know why no localization my server corect.

My server in serverhousing use open DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Not exactly. It was a corruption after its automatic upgrade.
