When I play
For example I grabbed the flag and brought it to the second flag in record time

I get a message that I did it in a personal record time


Is the credit of what I've done is saved (head shot, Killings with a knife, etc etc)

Because I had received similar messages several times

By the sounds of it you were playing on a server that has the big brother bot (B3) installed.

This bot is used for administration and stats gathering purposes mostly. If the server has the xlrstats plugin (and appropriate database) installed on (b3) then you shouldbe able to see your stats in game by typing into chat !xlrstats

These stats (and more) are typically used to display on the clan/groups website so check there also.

That only show your skill or ability in a game or server.

The level and notoriety is the type of your game account, example there important people so this people have more level and are known in this forums. If you see the posts and the user, can you see the differents rank or notorieties. But that's only a word :D
