Joining game with Wave Respawn active 'bug'

There's a little problem I noticed when playing CTF with Wave Respawns:
people who join game appear immediately, 'breaking' the wave respawn idea.
I suggest those players who join a team should be forced to appear in the next respawn time, and not in the middle of the countdown.
(Something similar to the way someone joins a TS game)

Makes sense that it should be the way that you suggested. I'd have to put in my nomination for this idea.

Agreed....

Also have noticed something kinda related to this, sometimes when I been fragged I get an instant respawn, with the "Wave Respawn in 10,9,8" counting on the bottom of the screen, this happens to me alot.

Good, people agreed ! :-D
Now what's the official opinion about this one, Os, 27, BBQ ?
And it should be nice to remove the 'respawn in x seconds' message if you are already playing because you were killed just when the countdown reached 0.
