No smoke grenades

Hey,

I cannot select Smoke Grenades using: /weapon 12

im pretty sure that smokes are weapon 13.

(12 was flashs iirc.)

I can select Smoke Grenades with: /weapon 13

In the website manual it say's that smoke grenades are 12 and SR8 is ID# 13.

I updated the manual page, along with adding the few missing weapons.
