where would i be able to find all of the wav files to add some sounds to my scripts?

distributed "evenly" accross all the zUrT42_XXX.pk3 archives (those are just defuakt .zip), within the /sound subdirectory.
Basically if you want to listen through them, you can extract all the archives and go through them. Slightly easier with 4.1 btw, as it only has a single (or well, 2 including the 4.1.1. update) pk3s instead of 20+
