On some maps (rommel of sure) i keep gettine a error message as I join the game.

CM_INLINEMODEL:bad number.

Its only on a 2-3 maps, any idea what it is? And how to fix it?

You have a third party map conflict. Remove all the third party maps until you find which one conflicts
