hello !
some problem on my server (urt3.7): can not use referee or kick some players (only few) in urt interface or in console. The console said : "no player with this slot (or name) in the server"
what is the soluce ? thank

Maybe the player is using weird characters in their name.

Do /rcon playerlist so you can see their clientnumber.

Then /rcon clientkick ##    (## = the clientnumber)

I already use clientnumber to  kick but can not kick or force some few players to change team.
(I can use kick for others players in almost case) , strange ...

I dunno then... It always works for me. But I do rcon, not ref.

you do use the number found in /playerlist right? Or in /rcon status ? Dont use the pb_plist. Those are different.

i use /rcon status , /rcon pb_sv_plist (different number )  and interface from urban terror ,
nothing work to some players....

pb_plist + pb_sv_kick ## should ALWAYS work, so should /rcon status + clientkick... If not, you are doing something wrong most probably. I find it kinda hard to believe that this would be an actual bug, cause I never experienced it.

i don't think i 'm doing something wrong cause the console "said" something like that : "no player with this slot (or name) in the server" . Plus,  even if i use the graphic interface in urban terror to kick , it doesnt work too 
And i want to say that I can manage server by referee or kick for most of players , it doesn't work only for a few players .

hehe peter, next time it happens, find me on IRC (ETG, channel urbanterror) so I can check it out And the graphic interface is less fail-safe then the console. And the normal kick-command doesnt always work cause of weird characters in names and stuff. But the /rcon status and then /rcon clientkick should always work, so please get a hold of me when it doesnt
