Apple mac mini with a core 1 or 2 duo and dump windows/linux on it if you need it or don't like mac os x. It's roughly the size of a cd-rom drive, passively cooled, core duo cpu, directx9 support (there are movies of this thing running half life 2), you can install os x, linux or windows on it, 9x5 intel chipset... don't know if it will boot flash drives though.
