are these mesurements not correct?

You forgot to do strafing, it's faster. If you don't know what strafing is it's when you press w + a and are pointing to the left slightly than switch while jumping constantly.
Ex:
Key:
+ = Direction you want to go in.
| = Where your curser should be.
|+| = Your curser is pointing in the same direction as you are moving.
First Jump:
| +
Right before you land:
|+|
Second Jump:
+ |
Before you land:
|+|

Um, strafe jumps aren't documented for a reason. There's no exact length. I made some measurement entities used for measuring distances for jumps, visit the sticky for the link.
Though, the info in your post really wouldn't be included at all with this thread simply because there are no real numbers involved and is completely useless to a mapper? *cough (level design support and questions)

u don't strafe in urbanterror
strafing is moving sideways. You can't sprint when strafing. Strafe jumping *technically* requires strafe sprinting, it's a popular term in games where there is no sprint, and the player moves at a constant speed, like warsow.

There was a thread with a MeasureUtil4.0.def file, containing entities for map measurements, but I can't find it.
Anyway, I created two entities dealing with minimum space required for players to lift themselves up ledges. I discovered that the absolute minimum is pretty tricky and doesn't always work at the first attempt.

/*QUAKED Measure_lift_absolute_minimum(0 1 0) (-16 -16 -24) (32 32 32)
Measuring tool for the absolute minimal space the player requires above to lift himself up a ledge. It may happen that the player may not be able to simple lift himself up into the space when standing, but needs to crouch jump to lift himself up. The player is considerably slowed down.
-------- NOTES --------
This is for Urban Terror 4.0. The entities have not been tested as far as to support the game engine, which is why it is recommended to remove from the map prior to compilation.
