Some questions ..

1) How to diable funstuff on my character ?
I typed "/funblue shades" once ... and now I olways have shades ... how to put them off ?

2) How effectively put the funstuff strings in the autoexec ? ... an example plz ?

/funblue "" makes it go away.

put in your autoexec for example:

set funblue "shades"

How do I add these to the game?? So i can wear them.

pull down console with ~ key , type  /funblue ninja and hit enter, know that if you die it dissapears though, not that you think it isnt working.

Actually it doesent work. I press ~ and nothing comes up , ive tried holding shift also and nothing.

Then you must have bound another thing over that button.

/program files/urban terror/q3ut4

Open q3config.cfg with notepad/wordpad and look for this line just a little bit from the top.

bind ~ "toggleconsole"

That is what it SHOULD say by default, if it doesnt, put it back too that, or bind it too another button if you really dont want too open console with ~ key.
Pressing shift is not needed.
