I've been having some fun with NVG and it's new colors in 3.5. I'm trying to figure out a way to bind a key to cycle through the colors. If possible...

Some maps just work better with different colors, and I thought it'd be nice to just hit a key a few times rather than bringing down the console and typing the command until I get the right color (since I'll never rememeber which is which

). Any thoughts on this?

While trying to figure it out, I came across the toggle command in console, but I don't know what it's for. Anybody know? If I bind a key to it then press it, it says
Usage: toggle <variable>

In order to do a ccyle thru the colors you'll have to use a script. Not sure if Nologic still kicking around and making them.

Haven't gotten the new build yet...downloading now...I'll update the script once I do...but for now here you go..edit it as needed.

Try this, works fine, with "built in" gamma and X-HairColor toggle.

I added the colors.
Nologic's script with the right colors and the next color:

set nvg_01 "set nvg vstr nvg_02; cg_nvg 0; ut_echo NVG: Green (Red)"
set nvg_02 "set nvg vstr nvg_03; cg_nvg 1; ut_echo NVG: Red (Blue)"
set nvg_03 "set nvg vstr nvg_04; cg_nvg 2; ut_echo NVG: Blue (Yellow)"
set nvg_04 "set nvg vstr nvg_05; cg_nvg 3; ut_echo NVG: Yellow (Cyan)"
set nvg_05 "set nvg vstr nvg_06; cg_nvg 4; ut_echo NVG: Cyan (Purple)"
set nvg_06 "set nvg vstr nvg_07; cg_nvg 5; ut_echo NVG: Purple (Pink)"
