In linux, you can't usually put in in ~/.q3a/q3ut3/demos
You'd have to put it in /usr/local/games/quake3/q3ut3/demos ... Or where ever you put the executables.
In Windows, X:PathToQuake3Executablesq3ut3demos

Then go into UrbanTerror the old fashion way...
Or with the run dialog...
X:PathtoQuake3Executablesquake3.exe +set fs_game q3ut3

Or how ever you get to Quake3:UrbanTerror
Click Demos on the Main Menu, or just /demo demo0000.dm_68

Thanks, kinda figured it out by myself already. Console commands are quite easy to guess :)
Now I need to download ut_temple somewhere and I can witness this supposedly awesome walljump trick. Oh well, keeps me busy..
