I have installed Ubuntu and have all my updates and have restarted, but every time I try to open the urban terror i386 it tells me that it doesn't have an application to run this file. I have 34bit(32!!!) installation of Ubuntu
As you can see, I am a total noob
Any help greatly appreciated!

Anyway, instead of doubleclicking the i386 file, try making a launcher on your desktop to it.

I think you can right click your desktop and choose to make a launcher.

You probably need to "chmod +x" the file.

Or right click it, choose properties and allow the file to be executed.

(which is the same thing, but without a terminal)

underneath the output when I try to run the .i386 file, with execute rights offcourse.

Also Ubuntu linux, anyone has an idea?

Make sure that you have both files extracted, big 500meg mod file and small file with the engine, maybe you forgot to extract the file with mod or you missplaced it somewhere, it should be extracted to your main urban terror directory like this:

riot777@dreamworld:~/games/urbanterror$ ls
BattlEye      ioUrbanTerror.i386  iourbanterror.svg  qkey    servercache.dat
ioUrTded.i386  iourbanterror.png  q3ut4         

Bold text is representing directories.

There seems to be no pk3 in your q3ut4 folder.

Edit: Mouse DPI is lower then on windows, any fix?
