I'm searching for this map for a long time.
Where can I download this map?

I download an old UrT-file and I delate the other maps.
Now my map looks like this http://gost0r.bplace...t4/ut_mines.pk3.
But there are texture problems. how can i fix them?

Your question is unsupported. They don't want you playing old maps.

Would be nice if mines was redone for 4.x, but I don't know if anyone wants to.
