Hey all.

As many of you know I'm updating several of my maps for UT4, and recompiling a few others.

I'd like to poll everyone on these possible options for the packing/download style that would be preferred When I go to release them. If I could make an actual poll on the forum, I would. If an admin can put this in forum poll format for me, I'd appreciate it!

Please let me know one of these options as your preference:

• Method 1 - one .pk3 with all maps in it, one .zip file
  
• Method 2 - multiple .pk3 files (one per map), one .zip file
  
• Method 3 - multiple .pk3 files (one per map), multiple .zip files (one per pk3)

The most popular method is the one I'll use when I do the release. I'm leaning towards Method 2 myself, easy download of them all at once, but easy for autodownload too.

1 pk3 each+no zip and petition to winrar and microsoft to not try to help when they shouldn't.

Well, in order for autodownload to work properly doesn't each map have to be in its own pk3?

Honestly? I don't know. I hate autodownload, always have. The player takes up a space on the server while downloading. I'd much rather see the server send a message with a download URL and let the player get it manually.

In any case, that's why I asked.

"Post New Poll" is beside "New Topic".

As for editing the current thread... the permissions are setup to allow users to post polls in their already created topic if it's the first topic in the thread but even with this enabled , it doesn't show any option to do so.

If you want the polling feature, you'll have to create another topic using New Poll instead of New Topic.
