Running a UrT server Rate Topic: -----

I have the following shell script:

#!/bin/sh

cd /home/landys/UrbanTerror
./ioUrTded.i386 +set dedicated 2 +set com_hunkmegs 256 +set ttycon 0 +exec server.cfg

The server runs fine, but how do I launch this as a background [daemon] process?  If I launch it with the '&' and log out, the UrT process will spike to 100% CPU usage.  I tried using 'nohup' and that didn't work either.
