Hey guys,

  just curious is there a way to pull screen shots w/ 4.1  er IO?


  Our asshatted hacking friends have new toys to play with, and apparently it doesnt give clean screenshots, so this would be a great way to fight back.

printscreen on your keyboard should work, I haven't encountered this hack yet...

  Is it possible for a server admin to take screenshots of his players?

afaik only with pb you can get a pbss of the player

There is nothing in iourt that provide the same feature.

In order to do this you would have access to executing something on the iourt client dont know maybe it can be build in the new .exe

really useless since commenting 1 line and a simple re-compile of the .exe would 'fix' this for cheaters.

Or "hunt" the dude as a spec and take screenshot with /screenshottojpg alike commands.

You can build in hash check on the .exe ?

Here's the plan
Implement pki structure on servers with central CA at master.urbanterro.net this way SID can keep track of certified servers and clients can only connect if they have a valid key. oh well this might be a bit too big

Yes, but they can disable that too by changing a little code and re-compiling You'll need to add closed libs etc with it to do stuff like that and I believe STA is working on something like that.

And I believe racoon is still working on a auth/key system.
