and a botter happened to stop by. (heavily guessed so...)

i wanted to be sure have a look and demo it, went into specmode (erm i tried to).
spectator box was shown.
(the one being placed between where your health and weapon/ammo is shown)

as well as health and ammo.
i had no visible xhair and no visible gun, everything else was like it is normally.
after i died, i spawned just like as i hadnt specced. 

could also provide a demo.
importance/not yet known? else close.

Yes.
This happens when the server doesn't allow spectators, and THE ADMINS ARE FUCKING SHIT HEADS WHO LIKE CHEATERS TO GET AWAY WITH IT.

Fidelitas is one of the worst euro server around. Too many potential future Darwin awards candidates roaming around on that server.

Well as time goes on there will be less and less as they take themselves out of the genepool.

Same kind of bug happened to me on a CTF server where forced team was on.
I could go to spectators, but was assigned to a team the second after being spec. This resulted in me seeing the spectator view (hunting box) but not seeing my gun/crossair and model at all
