Used to play before I moved, without any trouble! Still using the same quake cd and updated every thing correctly and I can play if I start my own server.
But when I'm trying to connect to a internet game nothing happened, except connecting to **.***.****:***; awaiting connection...2000.
Any hints?

Do you run a firewall? Does it allow incoming/outgoing packets to the servers?

Ye, its cleary a connection problem. So firewall is f00king probably. Or you havent mapped port 27960 to your PC in the router.
