I want to replace my MX518 with either a Logitech G9 or a Razer Lachesis. If anyone owns either one of these mice, what are your thoughts?

if you get a G9 make sure you get one of the latest cuts since I know of a problem the first ones had where they'd go off for a few seconds every couple of minutes, otherwise they are good since wireless takes away the little disadvantage of having the resistant force of the cable carrying around while they are not lagging as some think. otherwise look at G5. those razers look like "fabulous" more than quality to me.

I just bought a Lachesis for £41 from overclockers.com. It will be interesting to see how it compares with my Logitech.

I went for the Razer after reading that it's a smaller mouse than the Logitech. Larger mice make it difficult for me to get comfortable and feel in control when I play urt.

I had to RMA the Lachesis within 2 days due to detection issues. The company I bought it from told me they are always getting returns on Razer products due to poor build quality.

I imagine developers at razer laughing for fooling so many people dark plastic on fluorescent colors is taken for quality.
