Tomorrow, May 27, I will be announcing the first UT-MapDepot.com Mapping Contest. What I can tell you right now is that there will be prizes, and not cheap ones either. It will be a short, but intense mapping period. Maps will be theme based according to a list of theme's I have created. A maximum of two mappers per theme. Maximum number of applicants will be 40. Anyone can apply. Registration will start tomorrow @ 3:00pm EST. You must be a member of this site to register for the mapping contest.
Please check with the site tomorrow for official announcement details, including prize listings, duration, start date, and official rules and requirements for the maps.

The mapping contest has started. Registration opened at 5:00pm EST today. Prizes are a motherboard, cpu, memory kit for first place. ATi Radeon 9200 for second place, and a 3MP digital camera for third place.

not sure what you did in the past oswald, but midget's plan of having manditory updates every 2 weeks per map is dead on. If someone falls out, it is known on the spot, everyone else continues. Last man standing wins.
